BUY IT This Album is a neo soul, hip hop, deep house and jazz project including collaborations with Ovasoul 7, Blackspade, Aaron J. Washington, Joseph Junior…all instrumentals are composed with vintage keyboards, deep chords and beautiful arrangements that spread a new soulfull vibe while keeping influences of the afro american music from the 70’s and 80’s. Skymark has admired producers like The Mizell Brothers, Norman Connors, James Mason, during his whole life.
During the last 3 years Skymark (Soul Sociedad) had the opportunity to work with people like Ghostface Killah (on his last album released on Def Jam), Blackspade, Ommas Keith from SA-RA Creative Partners, Deva Mahal, Steve Spacek, The Mizell Brothers and more… Since 2007, he released severals songs on Label’s compilations from Sonar Kollectiv, Unique Uncut (and more), his first LP “The Deep Soul Revisited vol 1” and mixtapes of rare vintage soul through his crew webpage www.soulsociedad.com
